joan365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance with KYC or AML requirements, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances remaining after deduction of outstanding amounts will be returned to the user via their registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable processing timeframes and verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
